UNIX LINE is a Singapore based company specialized in ship management of Chemical Tankers.Unix Line was established in 1990 as a joint venture to commercially operate several chemicals tankers for
marine transportation of bulk liquid chemicals in the Asian region. In April 1998, Unix Line was re-organised as a full subsidiary of MOL Chemical Tankers (formally known as
Tokyo Marine) and the main business role was changed to Ship Management.
Technical operations of Chemical Tankers require sophisticated knowledge to manage the additional health and environmental hazards, which the cargo poses. Unix Line takes the pride in managing these hazards and
operating the fleet in a safe, efficient and economical manner.
Unix Line have embraced the same motto and philosophy of MOL Chemical Tankers (formally known as Tokyo Marine), which is “‘Where there is safety, there is
prosperity.”
