Mr. Nair obtained his honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay in 1971.
After completion of honours, he had started his career with TCS, India’s one of the respected software consultancy firms.
After working with TCS for two years, he proceeded to obtain an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad – an Indian Management Institute where the world’s top companies come for recruitment at their campus.
Later he held senior executive positions with Bush India Limited (Electronics), Mackinnon Mackenzie & Co. Ltd. (Ship Agency) and J. M. Baxi & Co. (ship Agency). These assignments provided him with over ten years of intensive experience covering critical staff and line functions. Mr. Nair has also played the role of a Certified Information Systems Auditor (certified by the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, USA).
Ms. Rashmi Venugopal obtained her B. Tech degree in computer science from Amritha Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India in 2011.
Rashmi is a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix with a Masters in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University. With over a decade of experience in software development, she has made significant contributions to building and optimizing distributed systems for large-scale, mission-critical applications at prominent companies like Netflix, Uber, and Microsoft. At Netflix, she leads initiatives in the Revenue and Growth Engineering team, focusing on payment orchestration to enhance subscriber growth, which has seen a notable increase over recent years. During her tenure at Uber, she developed competitive pricing platforms and integrated multi-product pricing experiments that significantly increased product launch velocity. At Microsoft, she worked on service-level anomaly detection for Azure applications. Rashmi is also actively involved in community initiatives, co-chairing the “Women at Uber” group. When not coding, she enjoys hiking, camping, and reflecting on the impact of technology in natural settings.
Mr. Sidhardhan obtained his B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, University of Kerala, India in 1987.
He acquired his MS in software systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India in 1997. After completion of B. Tech, he had started his career with BPL Sanyo Technologies, Bangalore as Manager (R&D). He had worked with many popular companies like Thomson Multimedia India, PHILIPS Software centre, & Xerox Corporation. He is having 30 years of experience in IT industry with over 10 years in leading positions. In-depth knowledge on procedures and process frameworks (CMMI, Agile, Six-Sigma) for product development SDLC, CMMI process methodologies, outsourcing and vendor management.
